CHICAGO, IL — Debra Massinger, 43, mother of two teenage girls currently attending high school in Lakeview, was trading blows over the internet with Karen Boseman, 40, another mother of two students at the same high school, on Friday evening when things got out of hand. “Our moms were like, talking shit at each other in the comments section of one of my photos,” Katie Massinger, Debra’s youngest daughter, told press, “My sister and I are friends with the Boseman girls, that’s why we took a picture together, but our moms hate each other.” Sources close to the family informed us that the two moms were friends at one point but have become resentful of each other in recent years. The fight began when Debra commented on Katie’s photo of the four girls posing with their arms around each other, saying that she believed both of Karen’s daughters looked like ‘whores.’ The two women argued back and forth about which of their daughters looked like ‘whores’ until Karen dropped a bombshell. “She made a deepfake video of me, my sister and our mom literally accepting money for sex and then going to a hotel and having sex,” Katie continued, “It was so messed up.” The video, which was sourced from a pornography website, showed three women being solicited for sex with their faces having been clearly swapped using deepfake technology to appear as the faces of the Massinger family. “Everyone at school saw it,” said Claire Massinger, Katie’s older sister, “It was extremely embarrassing. Mostly because Karen dunked on our mom so hard.” The school board initially treated the video as though it was authentic and had CPS remove the Massinger children from their mother’s care. The video was eventually proven to be fake, and CPS returned Katie and Claire to their mother. The school board has officially stated that the video was ‘really well done’ and they are not pressing any charges against Boseman for carrying out what was referred to as a ‘baller move.’
