Yeah, I heard about that.” Cruise has recently been in the news for doing things, but the celebrated entertainer has a long history of incidental and insignificant moments in his life being considered newsworthy. Last year, the Jerry McGuire star was featured in a news story detailing a time when he left his house to go to a store. The Mission Impossible leading man was also involved in a series of news stories surrounding the fact that he has fans with whom he interacts on occasion. Celebrity experts agree that news stories about Tom Cruise doing things will most likely continue over the next few decades but will definitely be a welcomed change from the horrific feed of truly monstrous events taking place around the world.
